Why do Sade Sati dates depend on the moon sign?
Sade Sati dates depend on the moon sign because the transit is defined by Saturn’s position relative to the natal Moon: the rising phase begins when Saturn enters the 12th sign from it, the peak when Saturn reaches the Moon’s own sign, and the setting phase when Saturn moves into the 2nd.
