These terms govern your use of sadesaticalculator.com/ and any report you purchase from us. By using the site or buying a report, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are

What we provide
We provide a free Sade Sati calculator and, for those who choose to buy, paid reports. Both are structured interpretations within the tradition of Vedic astrology. They are provided for personal insight and reflection.
They are not predictions of the future, and they are not medical, legal, financial or relationship advice. Transit dates on this site are astronomical calculations; interpretations are traditional readings. You are responsible for your own decisions, and for consulting qualified professionals where health, money, legal or similar matters are concerned.
The free calculator
The free result is provided as is. We work to keep our transit dates accurate and verify them against published panchang data, but we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. If you find a date that appears wrong, please tell us.
Buying a report
- What you get. The report described on the report page for the plan you select. Reports are digital, delivered to the email address you provide.
- Delivery. Reports are delivered by email after your payment is confirmed. Because we verify UPI payments, there may be a short delay between payment and delivery. If you have not received your report within 24 hours, contact support@sadesaticalculator.com with your order reference.
- No subscription. Reports are one-time purchases. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
- Accurate details. You are responsible for entering correct birth details and a working email address. A report generated from incorrect birth details is still a delivered report.
Payment
Payments are made by UPI. Your payment is processed by your UPI app and bank; we receive a confirmation reference and do not store your banking details. Prices are shown at checkout, are in Indian Rupees, and are inclusive of any applicable tax. There are no additional charges added after checkout, and there is no subscription or recurring billing of any kind.
Refunds

Because reports are digital and personalised to your chart, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we will provide a refund or a corrected report if:
- you were charged but no report was delivered, and we cannot resolve the delivery; or
- the report was generated incorrectly due to an error on our side (not incorrect birth details entered by you).
These are digital products delivered immediately by email, and once a report has been delivered it cannot be refunded. That is the policy, stated plainly rather than buried.
There are two exceptions, and we apply them without argument. If your payment was taken and no report was delivered, you are refunded in full. If the report contains a factual error in the transit data — wrong dates, wrong phase, wrong moon sign for the birth details you supplied — we will correct and reissue it, and refund you in full if you would rather not have the corrected version.
To raise either, email support@sadesaticalculator.com with your order reference within seven days of purchase. Nothing here removes any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, resell our reports, or reproduce our content without permission. The content, calculations and reports on this site are our intellectual property.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make based on a result or report, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Trivandrum, Kerala.
