What can we help with?
We handle a few common things, and pointing your message at the right one speeds up the reply.
- Report and order queries. Problems receiving a report, questions about what a plan includes, or payment that has not been confirmed. Include your order reference and the email you used at checkout.
- Corrections to our dates. If a transit date on this site disagrees with a published panchang, we want to know. We check it against our transit table and, where we are wrong, fix it and note the correction on the page.
- General questions. Anything about how the calculator works, what a result means, or the method behind it.
What we cannot do by email
We are a calculation and interpretation tool, not a consulting service. We cannot provide personal astrological consultations, one-to-one readings, or advice on specific life decisions by email. The reports are structured interpretations you read yourself, and nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice.
